About The Work

The selected candidate will work on CAD drafting and 3D visualization projects. The work includes architectural drawings construction details and presentation visuals.

Candidates should know AutoCAD drafting properly and have basic understanding of 3D modeling tools.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D CAD drawings
• Create architectural working drawings
• Develop construction and shop drawings
• Convert sketches into AutoCAD drawings
• Create 3D models and visual presentations
• Coordinate with architects and designers
• Update drawing revisions
• Maintain proper file organization

Skills Required

• AutoCAD drafting knowledge
• Architectural drawing understanding
• SketchUp or 3ds Max knowledge
• Lumion or visualization software understanding
• Construction detail knowledge
• Clean drafting and file management skills

Qualification Required

• Diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Draftsmanship qualification
• Architecture related degree holders can apply

Preferred Candidates

• Interior project experience candidates
• Architectural project experience candidates
• Building elevation work knowledge
• 3D visualization interested candidates
