Job Description
As a Catalog Specialist, you will support address resolution, geocode corrections, map edits, driver support, and route management to ensure seamless delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow SOPs to perform audits and resolve exceptions
- Identify patterns and suggest process improvements
- Respond to stakeholders within SLA timelines
- Escalate issues as per defined workflows
- Maintain daily trackers and workflow tools
- Meet KPIs such as productivity, quality, and accuracy
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Understand global operations and geographical nuances
Eligibility Criteria
- 2023 / 2024 / 2025 graduates only
- Must have all educational certificates and documents
- Note: B.Tech candidates are not eligible
