Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and email
• Resolve complaints professionally and efficiently
• Provide accurate information using company tools
• Maintain and update customer records in the system
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Eligibility & Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi
• Fresher or minimum 6 months customer service experience
• Undergraduate candidates can apply
• Laptop with minimum 8 GB RAM & Windows 10 Pro required
• Stable Wi-Fi connection mandatory

Additional Information

• Total openings: 1000
• Work schedule: 6 days/week with 1 rotational off
