Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and email
- Resolve complaints professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information using company tools
- Maintain and update customer records in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Eligibility & Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi
- Fresher or minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Undergraduate candidates can apply
- Laptop with minimum 8 GB RAM & Windows 10 Pro required
- Stable Wi-Fi connection mandatory
