TP is hiring Chat Process Executives for a domestic telecom web chat process in Chennai. The position is suitable for freshers with good Hindi reading writing and understanding skills.
The role involves handling customer queries through chat and email. Basic typing skills and knowledge of telecom services are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through web chat.
- Support customers through email and chat.
- Provide timely solutions to customer issues.
- Communicate with customers in Hindi and English.
- Follow customer service and process guidelines.
- Maintain accurate communication during each interaction.
Eligibility
- Freshers can apply.
- Any UG or PG degree.
- Good Hindi reading writing and understanding skills.
- Basic knowledge of telecom services.
- Good typing skills.
- Basic written communication skills.
- Comfortable with rotational day shifts.
Shift Details
The shift can be any 9 hours between 7:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
Possible shifts include:
- 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Salary & Benefits
- ₹21K CTC per month
- ₹17.5K take-home salary
- One-way cab facility for eligible employees whose shift ends between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM.
- Transport facility is subject to company transport limits.
