Job Overview

This role is for Chat Process (Customer Support). Work is fully from home. You will handle customer queries on chat. No calling work. Simple typing and problem solving work. Good chance for freshers and experienced both.

Work Responsibilities

• Reply to customer queries on chat
• Give correct information and fast solution
• Maintain good customer experience
• Work with internal team when needed

System Requirement

• Company system can be provided
• If using personal system:
  • i7 processor with 16GB RAM
  • Minimum 30 Mbps internet speed

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced both can apply
• Basic typing and computer knowledge
• Good communication skills in chat
• Ability to handle customers calmly

Salary Details

• Freshers: Up to 4 LPA
• Experienced: Up to 6 LPA
