  • Call customers for collections and provide support
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and payments
  • Share correct information about banking services
  • Achieve daily and monthly collection targets
  • Assist the banking operations team as needed

Requirements:

  • Graduate (any field)
  • Age 20–29 years
  • Strong Hindi communication; basic English
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Flexible to work from home or onsite in Rourkela
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
