You will handle customer calls and help resolve customer queries. The role requires good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
<strong>Eligibility:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Graduates can apply as freshers or experienced candidates.</li>
<li>Undergraduates need at least 6 months of customer service or voice process experience.</li>
<li>Fluent Hindi and English communication.</li>
<li>Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Basic computer knowledge.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in rotational shifts.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.</li>
<li>Resolve customer queries professionally.</li>
<li>Provide accurate information to customers.</li>
<li>Follow company processes and quality standards.</li>
<li>Escalate unresolved issues when required.</li>
<li>Meet daily performance and attendance targets.</li>
</ul>
<strong>System Requirements:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Intel i5 processor or above.</li>
<li>Minimum 8 GB RAM.</li>
<li>Windows 10 operating system.</li>
<li>Broadband connection with at least 30 Mbps speed.</li>
<li>Functional web camera.</li>
<li>USB headset.</li>
<li>Quiet workspace with minimal background noise.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Working Schedule:</strong>
This is a 3-month contractual role. You will work 6 days a week with one rotational weekly off. Day shift timings are rotational.
