Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through phone, email, or chat
- Maintain and update records and operational reports
- Perform data entry and basic documentation tasks
- Follow company guidelines and complete assigned work on time
- Coordinate with team members through online platforms
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum education: 10+2 (Intermediate)
- Basic knowledge of computers and internet usage
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional language
- Ability to work independently from home
Work Requirements:
- Personal laptop or desktop required
- Stable internet connection
- Basic typing skills and MS Office knowledge
