Support Responsibilities:

coordinate with internal teams to maintain service quality
Tools & Work Platforms:

use ChatGPT and AI tools for support tasks

work with MS Office Suite for documentation

manage forms and data using Google Forms

maintain customer communication and records
Candidate Requirements:

strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
