Key Responsibilities & Role Details

  • Run high-converting Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Coordinate with developers to build and optimize landing pages
  • Implement A/B testing to improve ad performance
  • Monitor campaigns using Google Analytics and GTM
  • Listen to and analyze calls to optimize campaigns
  • Report results and track performance metrics

Eligibility & Skills Required

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing
  • Proven track record in Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, GTM, and Google Analytics
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work night shift (6 PM – 3 AM IST) for USA market campaigns
