ClickMatix Pty Ltd is hiring an experienced Digital Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with international clients (Australia & USA). This role involves handling Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and web development campaigns while ensuring client success and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Manage onboarding, strategy, and campaign performance

  • Optimize digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google, SEO)

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery

  • Analyze and report campaign performance metrics

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in account management or customer success in digital marketing

  • Experience managing 25+ international client accounts

  • Strong expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and web development

  • Excellent communication skills with Australian & USA clients

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
