McKinley Consultancy is hiring Dispatch Planners for logistics and transportation operations. Candidates should be organized and responsible. This position is suitable for candidates who can manage delivery planning and driver coordination. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Good communication and coordination skills are important for this opportunity.
The selected candidates will handle daily dispatch and delivery planning work. You will coordinate with drivers warehouse staff and logistics teams. Delivery tracking and route management will also be part of the work. Candidates should maintain proper communication with drivers and customers regarding shipment updates. Problem solving and multitasking ability will be useful in this position.
Responsibilities
- Plan daily dispatch and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams
- Monitor vehicle movement and deliveries
- Handle route changes and delivery issues
- Maintain dispatch records and reports
- Support transportation and logistics operations
Candidates with Dispatch Planner Dispatcher or Logistics Coordinator experience can apply. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills are required. Knowledge of local and regional routes will be an added advantage. Candidates should be able to manage multiple routes at the same time. Strong organizational skills are important for this work.
