Job Overview

The Dosa Maker will prepare dosas and other South Indian snacks, maintain hygiene, manage stock, and assist in kitchen prep work during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities & Role Details

• Prepare South Indian snacks, dosa batter, chutneys, and accompaniments per standard recipes
• Cook various types of dosas (plain, masala, etc.) consistently and with quality
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and work area
• Ensure proper use of ingredients and minimize wastage
• Follow food safety and company standards
• Assist in stock handling and basic kitchen prep work
• Work efficiently during peak hours and ensure timely service

Eligibility & Skills Required

• 2–3 years of experience in dosa/Indian breakfast preparation
• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
