You will handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions. You will work with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process. Good communication and sourcing skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment.
• Source candidates through job portals.
• Screen candidate profiles.
• Conduct HR screening.
• Schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with clients and candidates.
• Negotiate salary offers.
• Maintain recruitment reports.
• Achieve hiring targets.
• Build strong client relationships.

Eligibility

• Any graduate can apply.
• 1 to 4 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Experience in IT staffing.
• Good understanding of IT technologies.
• Strong sourcing skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Naukri or similar job portals.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with direct clients.
• Experience with implementation partners.
• Bulk hiring experience.
• ATS and recruitment tools knowledge.
