This work is about ERP and POS application testing. You will check software features and help users. Basic computer knowledge is important. Good communication is also needed. English is required. Arabic is an advantage.

Work Responsibilities

• Test ERP and POS software modules
• Check billing, inventory, sales, purchase, accounts, and reports
• Find bugs and report them clearly
• Add screenshots with issue details
• Coordinate with the development team
• Support customers by phone, WhatsApp, or remote access
• Verify updates before release
• Prepare simple testing reports

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Basic accounting knowledge is preferred
• ERP or POS knowledge is an advantage
• Ability to learn quickly
• English is required
• Arabic is an advantage
• Indian or Kerala candidates are preferred
