Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Fashion Designer to create, replicate, and develop women’s ethnic wear designs. The role involves supervising sample development, sourcing materials, and ensuring designs are cost-effective while maintaining high accuracy.

Key Responsibilities & Role Details

• Design garments for women’s ethnic wear (Lehenga, Jumpsuit, Sharara, Gharara, Drape Saree, etc.)
• Create designs aligned with market trends and leading designer labels
• Develop cost-effective designs by planning fabrics, embroidery, and construction within budgets
• Replicate designer pieces with high accuracy
• Handle end-to-end sample development independently
• Manage and supervise the sampling team
• Source fabrics, trims, and embroidery materials from the market
• Maintain swatches, design files, and documentation
• Work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines

Eligibility & Skills Required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in women’s ethnic wear design
• Strong understanding of current fashion trends
• Proficiency in garment construction, embroidery, and fabric planning
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
