Vasutti is looking for freelance HR Recruiters who can help source and close candidates for different roles. This is a commission-based opportunity suitable for recruiters who have experience in hiring and want to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify suitable candidates for open job roles
• Screen and shortlist applicants based on job requirements
• Communicate with candidates and coordinate recruitment steps
• Submit qualified candidates for final hiring decisions
• Manage recruitment pipeline and track candidate progress

Requirements:

• Previous recruitment experience preferred
• Experience in BPO recruitment is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and candidate handling skills
• Ability to work independently as a freelancer
• Must be comfortable with commission-based payment structure

Payment Structure:

• ₹500 – ₹1000 payment per successful candidate closure
• Monthly earnings may reach up to ₹15,000 based on closures
