About the Role

This role is perfect for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers and working in a showroom environment. You will help customers choose the right furniture and turn inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities & Daily Work

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable furniture
• Explain product features, materials, pricing, and customization
• Maintain good knowledge of all furniture products and offers
• Achieve personal and showroom sales targets
• Keep showroom display clean and attractive
• Generate leads and follow up with customers
• Coordinate with delivery and operations team
• Build long-term customer relationships

Eligibility & Skills Required

• HSC or Graduate (any stream)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with sales interest
• Basic knowledge of furniture or interiors (plus point)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Candidates

• Freshers with good communication skills
• Candidates with retail or showroom sales experience
• Comfortable working on weekends and showroom hours
