The position focuses on US Healthcare recruitment. Experience in Medical Coding and Revenue Cycle Management hiring is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare requirements.
• Hire Medical Coders and AR Callers.
• Hire Senior AR Callers and Team Leads.
• Source candidates through Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Use job portals and internal databases.
• Screen candidates for relevant healthcare experience.
• Check Medical Coding and Hospital Billing AR experience.
• Validate Revenue Cycle Management experience.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Follow up until offer rollout and joining.
• Maintain daily submission reports and recruitment trackers.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience.
• US Healthcare recruitment experience is required.
• Experience in RCM hiring is required.
• Medical Coding hiring experience is preferred.
• Hospital Billing AR hiring experience is preferred.
• Bulk hiring experience is an added advantage.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Target-driven approach.
• Ability to work within deadlines.
• Good candidate closing skills.
