Key Responsibilities
- Source candidate profiles from job portals.
- Share the daily tracker with the team lead.
- Call candidates using the provided data.
- Share relevant candidate leads.
- Perform basic recruiter activities.
- Help with candidate screening and shortlisting.
- Support the hiring process.
Requirements
- Female candidates only as mentioned in the source listing.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Laptop is required.
- WiFi connection is required.
- Good communication skills are preferred.
- Basic English skills are preferred.
- Interest in recruitment and human resources is helpful.
