Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates.
- Handle recruitment and hiring activities.
- Support BPO and other hiring requirements.
- Manage candidate follow-ups.
- Work on volume and mass hiring.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Maintain candidate and recruitment records.
- Coordinate the recruitment process.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3 months of recruitment experience.
- BPO recruitment experience is preferred.
- Recruitment experience in IT or Non-IT hiring is useful.
- Good communication skills are required.
- Candidates must have a laptop.
- Stable internet connection is mandatory.
- Graduation is not required.
