Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO hiring.
• Source candidates for mass hiring requirements.
• Screen candidates based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment and candidate records.
• Support high-volume hiring requirements.
• Complete recruitment activities within required timelines.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in BPO recruitment is preferred.
• Experience with mass hiring is useful.
• Knowledge of sourcing and recruitment processes.
• Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.
• Willingness to work six days a week.
• Comfortable working remotely during day shifts.
