We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Care Executives to join our dynamic BPO team in the Collections department.

Location: Gurugram

Work Mode: Work from Office

Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹27,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to remind them of outstanding payments.
• Negotiate repayment plans and provide assistance with payment options.
• Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and customer interactions.

Applicant Criteria:

• Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in English with no major MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tongue Influence). Grammatical and pronunciation accuracy is essential.
• Education: Graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience: Both experienced professionals and freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Work Schedule: 6 days a week.
