Description
We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Care Executives to join our dynamic BPO team in the Collections department.
Location: Gurugram
Work Mode: Work from Office
Salary: ₹18K - ₹27K
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to remind them of outstanding payments.
- Negotiate repayment plans and provide assistance with payment options.
- Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and customer interactions.
Applicant Criteria:
- Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in English with no major MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tongue Influence). Grammatical and pronunciation accuracy is essential.
- Education: Graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience: Both experienced professionals and freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week.
- Interview Process: Candidates must be comfortable with a walk-in interview.
