Wealthy Odisha is hiring a Video Editor who can create engaging Instagram Reels, Carousel posts, and YouTube videos focused on financial education. The role requires candidates who can understand, read, and write the Odia language to add subtitles and text overlays in videos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts

• Create educational Instagram Carousel posts

• Edit long YouTube videos between 8–20 minutes

• Add Odia subtitles and text overlays in videos

• Add hooks, captions, and highlight text for engagement

• Add background music and perform basic audio cleaning

• Deliver edited content according to the monthly schedule

• Maintain a professional editing style suitable for financial education content

Monthly Workload:

• Edit approximately 30 Reels or Shorts every month

• Create 8 Carousel posts

• Edit 4 long YouTube videos (8–20 minutes)

Required Skills:

• Strong video editing skills

• Experience editing Instagram Reels or YouTube videos

• Knowledge of subtitles, text animation, and hook editing

• Understanding of social media video formats

• Ability to meet deadlines consistently

• Ability to read and write Odia language

Software Knowledge:

• CapCut

• Adobe Premiere Pro

• After Effects (optional)

Performance Incentives:

• ₹100 bonus for every qualified lead generated through content

• Qualified lead counted when a person asks about Mutual Funds, Insurance, or Financial Planning services and fills the consultation form

Contract Terms:

• Minimum contract period of 1 year

• 1 month notice required if leaving within contract period

• Candidate must have their own editing setup (Laptop/PC, software, and internet)

• This is a dedicated role and another full-time job is not allowed
