Key Responsibilities:

Handle international customer service calls related to 3rd-party collections

Communicate professionally with customers and resolve queries

Candidate Requirements:

1–5 years experience in International Voice or BPO process

Excellent English communication skills required

Experience in US/UK voice process or international call center preferred

Ability to work in a remote customer support environment
