WSNE Consulting is hiring candidates for an International Chat Process – Customer Service position in Gurugram. The role involves supporting UK and US customers through chat and other communication channels.
Freshers can apply if they have good English communication skills. The position also offers incentives, 5-day working, and both-side cab facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle UK and US customer chats.
- Provide professional customer service.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions.
- Process customer requests through phone, email, and chat when required.
- Maintain customer interaction records using MS Office tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Escalate customer issues when required.
- Meet AHT, SLA, and quality targets.
- Handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Maintain professional communication with international customers.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
