About The Work

You will make outbound calls to international customers. Your work will include lead generation and sales conversion. You will also answer customer questions and handle objections professionally.

The company expects good communication and proper follow-up work. CRM updates and customer handling are part of daily work.

Experience Required

• Minimum 1 year international BPO experience

Work Timing

Current shift timing is 5 PM to 2 AM IST. Candidates should also be flexible for shift changes if required.

• Windows 10 or Windows 11
• Intel i3 11th Gen or above
• Minimum 8GB RAM
• SSD storage minimum 256GB
• Stable broadband with 100 Mbps speed
