About the Work

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT or Non-IT positions. You will source candidates using different hiring platforms. You will coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. You will handle the complete recruitment process independently.

You should have good communication skills. You should be target-oriented and proactive. Experience with LinkedIn Naukri and Boolean Search will be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment
• Source candidates through LinkedIn and Naukri
• Use Boolean Search techniques
• Screen candidate profiles
• Coordinate interviews
• Communicate with hiring managers
• Meet recruitment targets

Eligibility

• Any graduate can apply
• 1 to 4 years of recruitment experience
• Experience in IT or Non-IT hiring
• Good communication skills
• Strong sourcing skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
