Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to students and working professionals in the USA
-
Identify candidates interested in IT job opportunities

Build and maintain a database of potential candidates

Explain consultancy services and engage candidates for recruitment

Achieve weekly outreach and lead conversion targets
-
Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets or internal systems
-
Report daily progress to team leads or managers
Required Skills:
-
Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
-
Strong convincing and negotiation ability
-
Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones
-
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or similar tools
-
Self-motivated and target-driven work approach
Eligibility Criteria:
-
0–2 years experience in recruitment, telemarketing, or lead generation

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Understanding of US IT job market is an advantage
