About Work

This job is about visiting client locations and fixing computer, network and CCTV related problems. You will work both onsite and sometimes remote to solve technical issues in simple way.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and setup CCTV systems
• Fix computer and laptop hardware issues
• Setup printers and other devices
• Configure WiFi and basic network setup
• Provide on-site technical support
• Solve software and hardware problems
• Travel to client locations when required
• Maintain basic service records

Skills Needed

• Basic knowledge of computers and networking
• Understanding of CCTV installation
• Ability to troubleshoot simple technical issues
• Willingness to travel for field work
• Responsible and punctual nature
• Freshers and experienced both can apply

Work Environment

This is hands-on field work where you learn real technical skills. Every day work is different and gives practical experience in IT support systems.
