Creative Work Responsibilities:

• create and animate motion graphics for websites and digital platforms

• design engaging animations for social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn

• develop concepts from storyboarding to final animation output

• create 2D and 3D animations and kinetic typography

• collaborate with creative and marketing teams to follow brand guidelines

• enhance video content with visual effects, motion elements and color correction

• manage multiple freelance assignments and deliver projects on time

Required Skills & Expertise:

• strong experience as a motion graphic designer or similar role

• expertise in Adobe Creative Suite tools

• advanced knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Photoshop

• strong understanding of composition, typography and color theory

• ability to work independently and manage deadlines

• good communication skills and ability to take feedback

Additional Preferred Skills:

• experience with 3D modeling or animation tools

• knowledge of software like Blender or Cinema 4D

• strong animation portfolio demonstrating previous work

• ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Experience Requirement:

• around 10 years experience preferred in motion graphics or animation field

Work Arrangement:

• freelance remote work available

• office visit may be required in Basavanagudi, Bengaluru depending on project needs
