Nrithya Wellness is an online women’s fitness brand. We are looking for an energetic and warm Bollywood dance instructor. The classes will be live on Zoom. The work is remote and open for candidates from anywhere in India.

About the Work
This is a full-time remote opening. The instructor will teach Hindi film dance fitness classes online. The role needs someone who is fluent in English and Hindi. Good communication and a friendly teaching style are important.
What You Will Do
- Conduct live Hindi dance fitness classes on Zoom
- Prepare music and class routines
- Plan warm-up and cool-down sessions
- Follow up with students on WhatsApp
- Take demo classes for new students
- Do daily class planning and documentation
- Help improve class quality
What We Need
- Active Hindi film dance fitness experience
- Comfort with teaching online on Zoom
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience
- Full availability
- No major other commitments
- Good fluency in English and Hindi
Working Hours
The morning shift is from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM IST. The evening shift is from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST. The working schedule is 6 days a week. Sunday is off.
Salary
The salary is ₹12K to ₹25K per month. Month 1 salary is ₹12.5K. From Month 2 onward, the salary becomes ₹25K per month.
