Binge Labs is hiring a Talent Manager for remote work. This role is for candidates who can manage founders and VC personal brands. You will work with high-profile clients and handle partnerships collaborations and growth opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with founders investors and stakeholders
• Handle personal brand positioning and strategy
• Source and close brand partnerships
• Manage collaborations podcast features and speaking opportunities
• Coordinate with writers editors and designers
• Track timelines and project delivery
• Identify media and business growth opportunities

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in talent or brand management
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management ability
• Understanding of personal branding and founder branding
• Negotiation and partnership handling experience
• Good multitasking and organisational skills
• Familiarity with Google Workspace Notion or CRM tools preferred
• Knowledge of startup and VC ecosystem is a plus
