This is a work-from-home customer support opportunity for Polish-speaking candidates. The selected candidates will support customers through voice, chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through voice, chat, and email.
• Resolve customer queries accurately and promptly.
• Communicate with customers in Polish and English.
• Follow defined customer service processes.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
• Escalate complex issues when required.
• Meet productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain customer satisfaction standards.

Eligibility

• C1 Polish proficiency is mandatory.
• Good English communication skills are required.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 6 months+ BPO or customer support experience is preferred.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts.
• Good computer skills.
• Strong customer-handling skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.

Compensation

CTC is up to ₹15 LPA.
