The selected candidate will work with content and research teams. The work includes formatting, layout design, typography, and preparing print-ready files.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Layout Work

• Design books and magazines
• Create reports and communication materials
• Handle layout and formatting work
• Maintain proper typography and structure
• Prepare print-ready and digital files
• Create PDF and eBook formats

Content Coordination Work

• Work with research and content teams
• Coordinate revisions and final outputs
• Maintain design consistency across platforms
• Adapt designs for print and digital use

Required Skills

• Knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW
• Good typography understanding
• Long-form document design knowledge
• Strong formatting skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work with English and Hindi text

Language Requirements

• Punjabi language proficiency is mandatory
• Reading, writing, speaking, and understanding Punjabi required
• Knowledge of Gurmukhi script preferred
• Basic Gurbani understanding is a plus
