Position: Product Designer & User Research Lead

The selected candidate will shape the product experience. The work will cover user research, product design, and customer journeys.
- Design user experiences for web and mobile.
- Create user journeys and wireframes.
- Build prototypes and design systems.
- Design marketplace and social commerce experiences.
- Improve user engagement and retention.
- Conduct customer interviews and usability tests.
- Conduct competitor research.
- Support product discovery and validation.
- Work with founders and engineering teams.
- Help define MVP features and priorities.
- Support long-term product experience strategy.
Key Skills
- Strong UX and UI skills.
- Experience in interaction design.

- Experience with wireframing and prototyping.

Preferred Experience
Experience with ecommerce, marketplaces, social media, social commerce, creator platforms, or SaaS products is preferred.
Experience in 0-to-1 product building is preferred. Startup experience and product discovery experience are also useful.
Education
A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field is preferred.
A degree is not mandatory. Relevant experience, portfolio quality, technical thinking, and execution ability are also valued.
