Job Overview

This is a field-based role where you will identify and acquire properties like villas and houses for rental business. The job requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals independently.

Key Responsibilities & Field Work

• Identify villas, houses, and buildings suitable for rental use
• Connect with brokers, property owners, and local contacts
• Visit sites to evaluate property potential
• Negotiate long-term rental agreements
• Close deals including deposits and documentation
• Maintain pipeline of properties in target areas
• Coordinate with internal team for onboarding and setup
• Achieve monthly acquisition targets

Eligibility & Skills Required

• 1–3 years experience in real estate or field sales
• Good knowledge of local property market
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Willing to travel for site visits
• Self-motivated and target-driven

Preferred Background

• Experience in Airbnb, co-living, or rental business
• Understanding of rental agreements and documentation
• Knowledge of property furnishing and revenue potential
