Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles

• Source candidates via job portals, social media, networking

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

• Coordinate client interviews and manage feedback

• Maintain reports and achieve monthly hiring targets

Skills & Eligibility:

• Minimum 2+ years recruitment experience (Consultancy preferred)

• Experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring

• Strong spoken and written English communication

• Knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and sourcing tools

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

Additional Information:
