Job Role - Candidate Sourcing Bulk Hiring Work
In this role, main focus is to bring job-ready candidates in large numbers and manage the hiring process smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Source and provide candidates in bulk
- Do candidate coordination and follow-ups
- Maintain fast hiring speed (TAT)
- Ensure candidates are serious and ready to join
- Work closely with hiring team
Working Model
This is a candidate-driven model. Payment and incentives depend on successful hiring closures. Support will be given for candidate preparation and interview process.
