Basic Home Loan is hiring Relationship Managers for Home Loan Sales. This is a full-time sales opening. Candidates with loan or sales experience can apply.

The company is looking for people who can build customer relationships and generate home loan business. The work includes customer meetings, follow-ups, and sales support.

This role includes office work and field work. Candidates should be comfortable meeting customers and visiting sites when needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate home loan sales through direct marketing and referrals
• Find and onboard consultants for business growth
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build relationships with builders, real estate agents, consultants, and CA partners
• Generate leads through calling, customer visits, and online sources
• Guide customers from inquiry to loan disbursement
• Explain loan products, interest rates, and process details
• Help customers complete applications and documents
• Coordinate with the credit team for loan approval
• Track loan status and support smooth disbursement
• Maintain proper KYC and documentation
• Share daily, weekly, and monthly sales updates
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends
