Key Responsibilities
- Make 100–120 warm calls daily (no cold calling)
- Handle 5–7 detailed counselling calls (20–25 minutes each)
- Conduct virtual meetings with decision-makers
- Follow up via email and WhatsApp
- Update CRM and coordinate with internal teams
- Use consultative selling approach to drive conversions
- Ensure smooth admissions process
Skills & Requirements
- Mandatory experience in Professional Course Sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Experience in handling warm leads and closures
- Comfortable working with CRM tools
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- Must have personal laptop and stable internet
Additional Information
- Working Hours: 10 AM – 8 PM (Sunday to Thursday)
- Weekly Off: Friday & Saturday
- No leaves allowed for first 90 days
- 2 leaves per month after 90 days
- Salary Date: 3rd/4th of every month (Cycle: 26th–25th)
- Unlimited performance-based incentives
