Netscribes is hiring for Image Editor / Graphic Designer. This is a work from home position. The hiring office is in Kolkata, but the role itself is remote. The company is looking for candidates with e-commerce image editing experience.
This opening is for the role of E-commerce Image Editor at Associate level. It is a permanent position. The company follows 6 working days with a rotational week off. The shift is a fixed day shift of 9 hours.
In this role you will edit and enhance product images for e-commerce catalogs. The work can involve different categories like fashion electronics home and beauty products. You will work on image quality and platform standards for online marketplace listings.
You will do image retouching background removal color correction cropping resizing and quality improvement. You should also be comfortable handling bulk image editing work with speed and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Edit and enhance e-commerce product images
- Work on image retouching
- Remove backgrounds from images
- Do color correction and cropping
- Resize product images
- Improve image quality for catalog use
- Follow platform-specific image guidelines
- Maintain image consistency and formatting
- Handle bulk image editing work
- Coordinate with cataloging or quality teams when needed
Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce image editing. Experience across multiple product categories is preferred. Graduation or Class 12 with 2 years diploma is accepted as per the job post.
Strong Adobe Photoshop knowledge is required. Good understanding of image quality standards used in online marketplaces is also needed. Candidates should be able to manage large image volumes within timelines and maintain attention to detail.
A high-speed broadband internet connection at home is mandatory for this remote role.
