Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates for BPO bulk hiring (Non-IT roles)
- Screen and shortlist profiles as per client requirements
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets
- Maintain candidate database and status tracking
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 6 months BPO bulk recruitment experience (Mandatory)
- Prior sourcing experience required
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Must have personal laptop and WiFi
- Good communication skills
