Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates for BPO bulk hiring (Non-IT roles)
  • Screen and shortlist profiles as per client requirements
  • Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups
  • Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets
  • Maintain candidate database and status tracking

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months BPO bulk recruitment experience (Mandatory)
  • Prior sourcing experience required
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Must have personal laptop and WiFi
  • Good communication skills

Additional Information

  • Experience: 0–2 years
  • Graduation not mandatory
