Work Timing

Monday to Saturday. Timing will be 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

About The Work

The selected candidate will handle customer inquiries for international holiday packages. Work includes helping customers through calls WhatsApp emails and social media.

Candidates should guide customers about hotels flights travel plans and package pricing. Good communication and sales skills are important for this work.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle travel package inquiries
• Explain holiday packages to customers
• Share quotations and itineraries
• Convert leads into bookings
• Coordinate with hotels and vendors
• Give after-sales customer support
• Maintain customer records
• Follow up with interested customers

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation or Diploma required
• 1 to 5 years experience preferred
• International travel package selling experience required
• Basic computer knowledge needed
• CRM or travel portal knowledge preferred
