WOKFO is seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative and personal assistance to the leadership team. This role requires excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks efficiently.
Work and Responsibilities:

Manage, schedule, and record all daily work and time.

Make all outgoing calls and attend incoming calls on behalf of management.

Politely remind management of all tasks and deadlines.

Arrange appointments with clients and follow-up with reminders and information requests.

Draft and prepare documents, reports, and other required materials.

Perform any other tasks as required.

Maintain constant availability and active communication.
Requirements:

Strong communication skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Willingness to be available and active for communication at all times.

Basic computer skills.

Prior experience in administrative, personal assistant, or secretarial work is preferred.
