Incentives: ₹5K – ₹20K per store

This role is for retail expansion of VOJOS eyewear brand.
Work is mainly field-based.
You will help in opening new retail kiosks.

Role Overview
You will work on-store expansion and location setup.
You will deal with malls and retail spaces.

Main Responsibilities

• Visit malls and high footfall areas in Hyderabad
• Connect with leasing managers and decision makers
• Pitch kiosk model to retail partners
• Negotiate rent or revenue sharing deals
• Finalize kiosk/store locations
• Coordinate with vendors for setup work
• Manage branding and kiosk installation
• Ensure timely store launch

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Negotiation ability
• Confidence in field interactions
• Independent working mindset
• Sales or retail understanding (preferred)
• English + Hindi communication
• Telugu knowledge is a plus

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years sales or field experience preferred
• Freshers with strong confidence can apply
• Comfortable with field travel work
• Not a desk-based job
