About The Work

You will reply to customer messages on Instagram and WhatsApp. You will share product details and pricing in a polite way.

You may also help with in-store customer support during free time. Team coordination and customer follow-up are also part of the work.

Main Responsibilities

• Reply to Instagram DM messages
• Handle WhatsApp customer queries
• Share product details and pricing
• Support customers politely
• Help with in-store sales
• Coordinate for orders and follow-ups
