Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage the market stall or thela properly

• Promote and sell products directly to customers

• Engage with customers and explain product features and benefits

• Maintain stock and keep the stall organized and presentable

• Generate leads and help improve daily sales performance

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer handling skills

• Basic knowledge of sales and product promotion

• Comfortable with field work and standing for long hours

• Energetic, responsible, and goal-oriented personality
