Responsible for installation, new cable new cable connection activities for apple fibernet broadband services customers for the zone

Responsibilities:

• Deliver packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Verify delivery addresses and ensure correct items are delivered.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and handle payments if required.
• Provide excellent customer need and address customer queries or concerns.
• Report any delivery issues or vehicle problems promptly.
• Conduct train-the-trainer programme for master supervisors and, trainers of partners,
• Carry out revalidation training for SMB & Strategic Large &, Government accounts
• Execute performance coaching and on field mentoring,
• Manage trainings on how to handle Enterprise Accounts,
• Articulate and draft actual field scenarios and shared with teams at, headquarters,
• Support national head quarter teams in designing vernacular content,
• Plan and execute buddy ride with newly ESO & ESM's,
• Ensure handholding of ESO's & ESM's for first 30 days,
• Monitor and audit buddy ride and certification for new hires,
• Drive periodic audit of training infra readiness,11. Conduct periodic recertification of Line Managers.
