Naarifit is a women’s formal wear clothing brand. The company is hiring a Sales Telecaller for part-time work from home.
The role involves speaking with customers, understanding their requirements and converting enquiries into sales. The work also includes follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers.
- Explain clothing products, designs, fabrics, sizes and prices.
- Understand customer requirements.
- Recommend suitable products.
- Follow up through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Handle basic product queries.
- Maintain lead, call and order records.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Requirements
- 6 months–2 years of telecalling or sales experience is preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of women’s clothing is preferred.
- Knowledge of fabrics, sizes, fits and fashion trends is preferred.
- Comfortable discussing clothing products with customers.
- Good knowledge of WhatsApp.
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.
- Hindi communication is essential.
- Basic English is an advantage.
- Confident and target-oriented approach.
